Keystone Habit 1: Meditating (Meditation):

I totally understand because I suffer from ADHD myself. For years, my dad who is a doctor, was trying to get me to meditate. I now meditate daily, and the benefits are out of this world! Few habits have had such an impact on my life, as taking the time for meditation.

As a writer and blogger, I understand the value of practicing regularly. Whether your goal is to journal, blog, or publish a best seller. Maybe you don’t want to write the next Harry Potter, or 50 Shades of Grey – but you just have an itch to tell your story. I’ll help you forge this habit of writing & journaling.
Research shows that doing it regularly can also be very therapeutic. You’ll benefit in many ways, from improving your emotional well-being, coping with any stress or trauma, losing weight, improving your health to even getting better at problem-solving.

Keystone Habit 3: Planning / Organizing (Goals):

Keystone Habit 4: Rising (Wake Up Early):
The single most important change I’ve made to my life, has been to wake up early. This one habit has been the foundation for all the others, and has improved my overall productivity.
Whether you’re hustling a side project while you keep your job and you want to squeeze every minute you can get out of the morning or you want to be more productive, I can show you how to do this!
I’ll also show you how to “find” time, by waking up refreshed and full of energy. I don’t care if you’re a night owl, we’ll work together to improve your sleep, so you can wake up early, even without an alarm clock!!
Keystone Habit 5: Thanking / Grateful / Gratitude (Appreciation):
What you appreciate, appreciates – I consider gratitude to be a part of my life. I’m so lucky, to do what I want to do. Now let me share a bit of that luck with you. I’ll share the power of gratitude with you, and how a simple exercise that takes less than 7 minutes a day, will change the way you look at life, make you a better person and cause insane amounts of attraction to you. Yeah, you become a magnet for all good things in life!
Keystone Habit 6: Leading (Leadership):
I believe that there’s a core set of skills that you need to develop as a leader. We’ll start with a complete look at you, where you are, and where you want to go. If you feel, or someone’s told you that you’re not living up to your potential, that’s because its possibly true. You need help unlocking it. Let’s do it together.
Keystone Habit 7: Exercising (Exercise):
And what about the 7th keystone habit – exercising? Well, it’s simple. Instead of reading this… you just need to get out there and walk first, then run, then have fun by playing a physical sport.
